What is the best thing that I love about my work? The best thing about my work can be enclosed into one word: connection. Connection with my colleagues, connection with the audience and the connection with yourself. I believe this is what makes my work special because I am able to get to know a person in a different layer, deeper.

What is my idea of perfect happiness? I believe happiness is something related with giving, more than receiving. When I have the feeling of doing something small but important to someone is what I call happiness. Smiling to a stranger on the bus for example

What is my greatest fear? My greatest fear is to stop feeling. An absence of feelings means an absence of inspiration, motivation and dreams. Can you picture a life like that?

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? My constant indecision on small matters and a firm point on important matters.

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? Crystal Pite. A Canadian choreographer that is able to touch me deeply every time I see one of her creation. A pure dramaturgical and movements genius.

What is my greatest extravagance? Probably it isn’t the greatest but for sure one of my extravagances are my socks. I never leave my place without putting on the weirdest socks you could ever imagine. It makes me feel secure of myself and at the same time adds that craziness at my personality.

On what occasion would I lie? I once read that there are two types of lies, normal lies and white lies. A white lie is a lie that you say in order to please and don’t hurt somebody. Well, I am a white liar sometimes. If I know, it would make this person better and I don’t create a future problem, I find it reasonable.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? The pointless and meaningless ego of people that you might meet in your journey.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work? When an unexpected person told me that thanks to me it was the first time she got emotional by seeing someone dancing.

If I could, what would I change about myself? My ability to think always before acting. A bigger instinctive part of myself, when necessary, is something I would like to be gain.

What is my greatest achievement in work? I think that my greatest achievement in my work is the artist I am now and that I am still developing.

What do the words ‘The Financial Freedom to Create’ mean to me? To me it means expression. Being able to say your opinion without worrying about the reactions.

Where would I most like to live? I imagine myself in a warm country. I feel that people are more open to share and connect in a place where the sun is shining and you can hear the music coming out from the windows.

What is my most treasured possession? Friendship.

What is my most marked characteristic? Being able to take a step back in a stressful situation and prioritize things. It always helps, if not directly me, a person next to me who needs help.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city? There is an extraordinary modern building with a breathtaking mountain’s landscape as a background. Often I found myself just sitting there thinking. I think that it is my favorite spot in the city because I love how modernity and nature fuse so perfectly.

What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city? It is a tiny pizzeria where the owners are the sweetest and kindest people I ever met, plus the food is extraordinarily good.

What books influenced my life and how? Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil” by Hannah Arendt. A book that changed my perception about human beings, instincts and society. I think is one of the cruelest but life changing book I ever read.

Who are my favorite writers? F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ken Follett

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? “Your song” by Elton John and “Famous Blue Raincoat” by Leonard Cohen

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? James Bond, without any doubts. A perfect mix of elegance, action and living at the limits.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My parents, for how they face life with a great positive attitude, doesn’t matter what happens. Their attitude makes me admire them day by day.

Which movie would I recommend to see once in a lifetime? “127 hours” by Danny Boyle. A real story that taught me that you should never let anything go without trying hard. Together with a series of wonderful and inspiring pictures.

What role plays art in my life and work? Art is my work and my life. It means that I am who I am now thanks to art in all the different forms. I think that art is part of everyone’s life. I believe that in the moment you want to express yourself, doesn’t matter how, you are making art. You are art. Art isn’t for an elite of people because art is in everyday life, we just need to educate ourselves in perceiving it.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? My sister, the person that is always a heart bit away from me.

Whom would I like to work with in 2018? Somebody that will take out an aspect of myself still hidden inside. Somebody I will always remember in life because it helped me grow as artist and as a person.

Which people in my profession would I love to meet in 2018? I would like to meet Crystal Pite in order to get to know her personality closer and deeper.

What project, in 2018, am I looking forward to work on? All of them. Just because in each project you come out different from how you came in. Each project is a learning process and I am a hungry learner.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? Passion is something that is part of the state of being human. Passion will not fade out with age, neither with changing job or city. Passion is something that each of us feed day by day and it will never stop to grow. Passion goes beyond the here and now but at the same time it defines it.

Which creative heroes should Peter invite to tell their story? I would love to read about a creative mind who gave up its previous life to engage art fully.
